What are the dates for the 2025 Online Auction?

This year’s Auction will be live online from May 2nd through May 8th.

Are you accepting donations for the auction?

Absolutely! We welcome all types of donations- please email Krista (ksullivan@salemcourthouse.org) if you have questions about donating a specific item or to setup a time to drop off your item!

How can I bid on an item?

The online auction link will be posted on May 1st! Once it’s live, you can bid through BetterWorld. Of note, there is a processing fee for each final transaction. While it is not mandatory that you cover the fee, we appreciate the consideration of generosity in covering this, allowing all proceeds to directly benefit the Courthouse rather than covering unavoidable fees.

Will there be an online preview?

The online preview of items will open on May 1st- link to be posted soon! In the meantime, keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates on items that will be available.

May I see any of the items in person prior to bidding?

Yes! We will have an in-person Auction Preview at the Historic Salem Courthouse on the evening of May 2nd. Additionally, you may email Krista (ksullivan@salemcourthouse.org) to setup an appointment time to view a specific item.

When will I be able to pick up the items I won?

Winning bidders may pick up their items at the Historic Salem Courthouse on Friday, May 9th from 1p-5p and Saturday, May 10th from 9a-1p.
